HOW TO PREPARE THE BEST COLESLAW SALAD


Cole slaw salad is a very popular salad meal and unique in every way not just for its simplicity and easy processes of making but the fact  it enriches the human body with a lots of vitamins,  just as I said early it is very unique just like other salad it can get bad easily if not properly prepared or stored in a good temperature at all times before consumption.




INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY NEEDED FOR A SMALL BATCH
SHREDDED CABBAGE (3mm x 20mm)
1.000KG




GRATED ONIONS (1mm × 1mm)
0.060KG




GRATED CARROTS
0.200KG




SALT
0.002KG




SUGAR
0.020KG




MAYONNAISE
0.600KG




VINEGAR
1 plastic spoon (0.01Kg)







COLE SLAW PROCEDURE
ALWAYS USE DISPOSABLE GLOVES FOR PREPARATION OF SALADS
1. Put the measured sugar and vinegar in a small bowl, and mix until sugar is dissolved
2. Add measured mayonnaise to the sugar and vinegar mix
3. Mix very well, (Mayonnaise mixture)
4. Wash the carrots and cabbage in saline water (see vegetable washing procedure)
5. Peel and grate the onions
6. Shred the cabbage
7. Grate the carrots
8. In a Stainless Steel Bowl or Bain Marie, mix the shredded cabbage, grated carrots and chopped onions (Coleslaw mix)
9. Sprinkle the mayonnaise mixture over the Coleslaw mix
10. GENTLY mix the mayonnaise mixture into the Coleslaw mix
NOTE: after production refrigerate at a good temperature not to get bad easily.
