Well what can I say we all know what doughnut is and we cannot
avoid the fact that it’s a delicacy on its appearance alone this article will
show you a process you have never seen before and does not soak oil after frying
so why don’t you give it a try and thank me latter.

JAM DOUGHNUT PROCEDURE
1. Mix the dry ingredients (Flour,
baking powder, milk, Sugar, Salt, and Yeast) in the mixing bowl
2. Mix together until all the
ingredients are well mixed
3. Add the required quantity of
egg and mix for one minute
4. Add margarine and mix further
5. Add water gradually for about
5-10 minutes, until dough becomes soft to the touch and elastic
6. Portion and keep in a warm
environment (350C) to proof for 45 minutes to 1 hour
7. In a clean, deep frying pan,
add vegetable oil enough for frying
8. When the temperature attains
1600C, fry the proofed doughnuts for 3-5 minutes on one side and then turn to
the other side for another 3-5 minutes
9. Remove doughnut with a slotted
spoon, allowing excess oil to drain
10. Arrange on a tray and allow cooling
(35-400C)
11. After Doughnut has cooled, use the Jam Dispenser to apply
jam by the side.
RING DOUGHNUT
PROCEDURE
1. Add the dry ingredients (Flour,
Salt, Baking Powder, milk, Yeast and Sugar) in the mixing bowl
2. Mix together until all the
ingredients are well mixed
3. Add the required quantity of
egg and mix for one minute
4. Add margarine and mix further
5. Add water gradually for about
5-10 minutes, until dough becomes soft to the touch and elastic
6. Portion out the dough and leave
to proof for 30 minutes in a warm environment (350C)
7. Using the plate of the ring
mold, press the portioned dough to about 1cm height and use the small ring mold
to remove the inner diameter
8. Allow the dough to proof
further for another 5-10 minutes before frying
9. In a clean, deep frying pan,
add vegetable oil adequate for frying
10. When the temperature attains
1600C, fry the doughnuts for 3-5 minutes on one side and then turn to the other
side and fry for another 3-5 minutes
11. Remove doughnut with a slotted spoon, allowing excess oil
to drain
12. dust doughnut after cooling in a tray of sugar
