 Chicken sandwich as popular called in Nigeria is an old burger recipe that was develop to what we now called burger, introduce to Nigerian by the west years ago. and as usual Nigerians have find a way to modern it and make it theirs with suits there very taste.

CHICKEN MAYO MIX COMPOSITION

CHOPPED BOILED CHICKEN

SHREDDED LETTUCE (3mm × 3mm shreds)

MAYONNAISE

CHICKEN SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS

SLICES OF BREAD
2 Slices
MARGARINE
0.005KG
SANDWICH SAUCE
0.010KG on each slice
CHICKEN MAYO MIX
0.070KG





CHICKEN SANDWICH PROCEDURE
1. Prepare the Island sauce mix (Mixture of Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Black pepper and Salt)
2. Prepare the Chicken mayo mix (Mixture of shredded Chicken, shredded Lettuce and Mayonnaise)
3. Apply margarine to one side of each slice of bread
4. Neatly spread the Island sauce mix on top of the margarine
5. Then spread the Chicken Mayo mix
6. Place the other slice of bread on top
7. Carefully cut the bread diagonally into two (Avoid pressing the bread too hard while cutting)
8. Place them on top of each other and put in the wedge packaging
9. Refrigerate in the cold storage at a temperature between 10C to 40C
