Best Apple Fruit salad ever with some creamy taste.


Make a batch of this healthy salad in just 10 minutes for a healthy and refreshing holiday dish.
Apples are an autumn favorite and come loaded with plenty of fiber rice nutrients they can be baked into pies or added to salads for a burst of natural sweetness. For this fruit salad, you can choose a variety of colorful apples like Granny Smith or Honey crisp.


While preparing this salad please do not use sugar as it will ruin the taste and optionally you can add a cup of milk while serving.
INGREDIENTS AND THE QUATITY NEEDED TO PREPARE THIS SALAD FOR FAMILY SIDE.
WATER MELON

APPLE (GREEN, RED AND MORE)
0.050KG
GRAPE
5 pieces (0.020KG)



PREPARATION:
1. Prepare acidified water by dissolving 30g of citric acid in 1.5Lt/Kg of water
2. Immerse apples and dice in the acidified water, leave in acidified water until you are ready to portion
3. Divide water melon in two halves
4. Slice vertically, remove back, dice and carefully remove seeds
5. Cut both ends of the pawpaw
6. Neatly peel the pawpaw downwards
7. Slice vertically, remove seeds and dice into cubes
8. Pluck grapes and rinse under running water
9. Portion each fruit into the fruit salad bowl according to the recipe
