How to Prepare Tuna Fish Sandwich


This is not a very common sandwich but it is fun to cook and even taste also better than chicken sandwich. Tuna sandwich is  partially related  chicken sandwich the difference been in tuna sandwich ( fish sandwich) potatoes is not used to produce the sauce and also bread is used to portion the sauce it can be considered to be the link between tuna pie and chicken sandwich..

TUNA SAUCE

INGREDIENT FOR THE SAUCE MAKING
TUNA FISH

WATER

MASTER SPICE

DICED RED PEPPER

DICED ONION

GREEN PEPPER

TABLE SALT

MSG
0.005KG
FLOUR SLURRY
0.037KG of Flour into 0.014Ltr of water
MARSHED FISH
0.667KG



TUNA SANDWICH PROCEDURE
1. Apply margarine to one side of each slice of bread
2. Neatly spread the tuna sauce on top of the margarine spread bread
3. Place the other slice of bread on top
4. Carefully cut the bread diagonally into two (Avoid pressing the bread too hard while cutting)
5. Refrigerate in the cold storage at a temperature between 10C to 40C
