FRESHLY GRATED GINGER

FRESHLY GRATED GARLIC

 MARINADE MAKING PROCEDURE
WEIGH ALL THE INGREDIENTS BEFORE COMMENCING PRODUCTION
1. In a clean pot, add all your ingredients and stir properly to form a homogeneous
mixture.
2. Marinade your birds in the solution for a MINIMUM OF 15 to 16 HOURS before Roasting.

PLEASE NOTE:
THE FRESH GINGER AND GARLIC SHOULD BE ALMOST FINELY GRATED.
·         The marinade spice include dried pepper, lemon juice and seasoning.
